The product wasn't as expected, but the customer service and support was outstanding.
I received T-shirts that did not match the size guide and I could not wear. The support team was patient in sorting out with me how to solve this and then took care of everything and explained everything. Due to the time difference it was me getting my daily email from TeePublic. I will almost miss my daily emails.

All the shirts fit and the sale made buying novelty items affordable. The stickers were great. Found items relating to my obscure faith, and now have shirts and stickers representing it, which is cool! Everything was well printed and came in a reasonable time. No issues.

I ordered 5 t-shirts recently and very much liked them, but on one the printing was cut off slightly on both sides. When I notified TeePublic, they immediately got back to me, printed a new one, and quickly sent it to me. This time it was perfect and I was very happy with the high level of customer care.

The online ordering was easy and secure! Showed the time frame when my order should be shipped… easy to track… received my tshirts in 6 days! The quality and workmanship was great! I will definitely order from this company again and will recommend this company to my family and friends!

Despite contacting the company regarding identity theft and copyright of five artworks they have not taken the world down or removed the fake artist page of someone impersonating me. I have spoken to other artists and apparently they do this all the time. I am now going to press with this and am presently seeking legal advice. Don't buy from a company who not only steal artwork but also condone identity theft.

I love how good the packaging is-really good boxes for mugs and sturdy envelopes for stickers. Everything always arrives in great condition. Also love that there are various items for each design. Great customer service, always!

TeePublic continues to create t-shirts that are sized perfectly. I love that they offer a female style and you can get exactly what you want printed on the t-shirt in a variety of color options.

shipping was pretty quick and arrived unscathed. The graphic on the shirt though had very jagged edges and looked like someone took a lo-res image and just used that instead of finding or creating a higher resolution version. My only complaint.

Ordered 3 shirts. 1 had to be returned (because we ordered the wrong size, not anything TeePublic was at fault for). Not only was the process easy and handled quickly, but we did not even have to return the shirt. They said to give it away or repurpose it. Fantastic business. Can't say enough kind words.

My granddaughter fell in love with the Cat Rat character. I could not find just that character on a tee anywhere.

Fast shipping, item just as it looked on the site. My son loves the softness of the shirt and the design.
He even had a couple of people at the airport ask him about it. It started some interesting conversations about photography, which my son loves.

Orders have been received in a timely manner. The shirts are comfortable and the designs stand up to washing. I had an issue with one of the shirts being the wrong size. They resent the correct size quickly. Very happy with my purchases and will definitely buy from them again!

I have bought various shirts from Tee Public in the past and they have been great. This most recent shirt for my grandson and the print was faded and blurry. By coincidence a friend has bought the same shirt for him because she knew I had been looking at this one. Anyway, the print on the shirt she got was nice and crisp and bright
I've contacted customer service but have not heard back yet, hopefully tomorrow.

TeePublic does a great job. The shirt looks great, it fits well and the material feels great. The prices when things are on sale are great. I gave 4 stars because it takes a little longer to get things from TeePublic than other companies. I will continue to buy shirts from TeePublic.
